A growing family wanted to make better use of a unmaintained space in their apartment building that was being used for storage. The main challenge here was working with a tight budget & only 60sqm of space, and needing to fit two bedrooms, a home office & an open-planned living area while making sure the new home will not feel cramped. Because of the how low the original structural shell was, drop ceiling was omitted. Larger windows allow more light to bounce across the white & lively walls inside.
