A home located in an older part of San Juan has been renovated suit the modern needs of a family of five. Being in a themed townhouse development, there were a lot of limitations surrounding the design and construction. These challenges include strict association rules, imperfections & complications in the existing structure, time & space constraints, and many others. As such, the_­ construction process demanded utmost attention from our team to coordinate these challenges with all the project stakeholders and make sure the final product stayed true to the initial vision, even with the revisions. Fortunately, our group was able to meet the client’s expectations well. Our favorite part of doing residential projects like this one is being able to get really creative and make custom design solutions for our clients. From the doors, ceilings, wall treatments to all the shelving, cabinetry & casework – all have been meticulously crafted and detailed by our team. We hope the client enjoyed the process as much as we did!
