We were approached to update and improve the interiors of this well-appointed but aging bedroom for a newlywed couple who wanted it to feel modern yet tranquil and soothing. Because the family hosted and entertained, what became important was to have a bedroom that was also a private sanctuary for the couple to relax after a busy week. Wellness was a key theme here; as we employed finishes and effects that inspired warmth and comfort.
